IVF (In Vitro Fertilization)

Conventional artificial insemination is perfect for couples with a healthy sperm count and a sufficient number of eggs. After the eggs are retrieved, your partner's sperm is carefully processed in our lab and then combined with your eggs in conditions that closely mimic those within the human body.

After 24 hours, an embryologist will examine the eggs under a microscope to check for successful fertilization. The fertilization success rate typically ranges from 50% to 70%, depending on the quality of both the sperm and the eggs.

ICSI (Intracytoplasmic sperm injection)

ICSI (intracytoplasmic sperm injection) is one of the most widely used laboratory methods in assisted reproduction, significantly increasing the number of embryos suitable for transfer. The principle of this method is that the highest-quality sperm are carefully injected directly into the egg.

This method is particularly suitable in the following cases:

  • When a spermiogram detects a low sperm count, low motility, or abnormal shape
  • When the previous IVF cycle has failed
  • When using surgically collected sperm (TESE)
  • When using donated eggs
  • In other cases, depending on the physician's recommendation

At the Gynera Fertility Clinic, we automatically utilize this method in all types of IVF treatments to maximize your chances of success right from the start.
