Catalina Ene Customer Relationship SpecialistFor over 13 years, Gynera has been my second home. I've had the privilege of being part of a dedicated team committed to offering hope and support to couples longing to have a child. Throughout my time there, I've been involved in various projects, from reception to coordinator, and later as a patient care specialist. Every day brought me the satisfaction of contributing to someone else's dream.
I never imagined that I would experience too the emotions and challenges of a fertility treatment. Gynera was not only my workplace but also the place where I found the hope and support I needed to become mother. I’ve always believed in Gynera's mission to help couples build their families. Then, experiencing it , I truly understood how important this mission is.
In 2020, my infertility diagnosis was unexpected. However, I trusted my team and followed my doctor's recommendations with determination. I was deeply impressed by my colleagues' professionalism and empathy, who supported me every step of the way.
On July 23, 2021, my life changed forever. The birth of Anastasia was the greatest joy I have ever experienced. Upon returning to work, I felt an even greater sense of professional fulfillment. As a patient, I learned to understand more deeply the emotions and needs of those going through fertility treatment.
This experience has helped me become a more empathetic and effective patient care specialist. Now, I can offer patients not only information but also encouragement and hope, drawing on my own personal story.
